Purchased From Katherine Parr

We offer a one year limited warranty for all our pieces. For any issues within that time frame, please write to contact@katherineparr.com.  Please include Contact Info, Order # or Full Name of Purchaser with Date of Purchase and you will receive a repair quote or solution from our KP Customer Service Team within 3-5 business days.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repair requests.

Purchased From Another Stockist

Items purchased from other retailers: Please contact the stockist that you originally purchased the piece from. Unfortunately, we are unable to accomodate repair requests for items purchased from other retailers.
